Created and directed by Motsek, the Kaphonic Project aims to be a dynamic link between electronic music and ancestral Afro-Caribbean music, but not only that… A definition that agrees around a key concept: the «Traditional Future», a sort of concentrate of traditions expressed in the almost future present.
Kaphonic wishes to embody a philosophy that places music and art in general at the center. By creating bridges between artists, their audiences and the industry, the goal is to create an ecosystem where every note played resonates with passion, determination and excellence.
Kaphonic RECORDS
The Label
Created in 2022, the Kaphonic Records label aims to bring new voices, new sounds and new perspectives to ancestral music in particular, by placing them in a resolutely Electro horizon. Each artist signed under this label not only benefits from a space to express their creativity in close collaboration with our artistic direction but also from a dedicated team working to ensure that every track and album reaches the broad audience and visibility it deserves.
KAPHONIC PWOD
The Events
Kaphonic is not limited to music production. For more than ten years, multiple events have been powered by Kaphonic Pwod, each time with the expression of a tradition looking to the future. Through different concepts such as the flagship Kalyphonics event, the more intimate Kafolab concept or the meeting moments of the Caribbean Social Club, the Kaphonic Pwod team ensures that each of these experiences places artists and sharing at the heart moments, where the music is amplified by Lives rich in 360° sensations.

Music Publishing
Since 2023, Kaphonic’s actions have also been shaped by the construction of a music publishing catalog, a cornerstone process in the development of a global artistic vision. Kaphonic Edition wishes to work to recognize and promote the talent of the authors and composers with whom we collaborate. By working on promotional actions and helping to disseminate works, Kaphonic Edition wishes to ensure that the creativity of authors and composers is highlighted while respecting and promoting their works.
